In order to apply for permanent residency in Australia, your age must be below 45 years. Maximum points (i.e. 30 points) for age factor are granted if your age is between 25-32 years. The points for age start to decrease with increasing age.

3. Proficiency in English
Proficiency in English language is a must. IELTS band 6 is the minimum requirement by Australian immigration department but the points attained with this score is zero. Hence, you must try to score IELTS band 7 or above in order to attain good points.
4. Submit EOI and obtain 60 points
Skilled immigration in Australia is entirely based on point system. Hence, to qualify as an applicant, you must submit EOI (Expression of Interest) in the online Skill Select system and obtain minimum 60 points for age, education, language skills, work experience, etc.
5. Health and Character certification
You must be in good health while applying for Australia PR. You need to present a proper medical certificate to prove the same.
Moreover, you should be of a good character which means that there should be no criminal record against you. You also need to provide PCC in support of the same.
